Chicago Small Business Studio is a home for small business owners and entrepreneurs who are building something new and need more than generic advice to get there.

It starts with workshops. These are focused, affordable sessions that drop into the core foundations every business needs to get right: your vision, your values, your positioning, your decision-making, your leadership.

Who's behind Small Business Studio?

I'm Sheralyn, an entrepreneur who has been through the business building cycle many times - in my own company as well as the companies of others. I spent 17+ years building the people systems, operational structure, and leadership foundations behind a complex multi-unit, multi-brand portfolio in the wellness and beauty industries. I've guided my own and others' ventures through the whole business life cycle - from launch to close, merger, and sale.

I've consulted on strategy and implementation for small business owners and solopreneurs. I really enjoy working with individuals who have unconventional visions and need someone to help them get specific about how to make them real.

I know what it feels like to have a vision that doesn't fit a standard formula. I also know what it takes to build the structure that allows it to work anyway.
